Engineers looking at the plans for the new Village |
The first "All Canadian" funded SOS Village and Kindergarten is being built in the impoverished north of Namibia. When completed, 120 orphaned and abandoned children will be cared for in loving family environments, and another 75 children given their first vital step in formal education.
